What is a Workspace?

When you sign up for a subscription with Clip Flip, you are automatically provided with a workspace. Think of a workspace as your personal or team's digital workshop where you can access, manage, and utilize all of Clip Flip's functionalities. Here's is what all your Clip Flip Workspace subscription comes with:

• Administrator Status: As the creator of a workspace, you are designated as the administrator. This means you have complete control and oversight over this environment and subscription.
• Features Access: Your workspace is your gateway to all of Clip Flip’s features including the chrome extension, live editing, and custom calls-to-action, ensuring you get the maximum value from your subscription.
• Team Collaboration: A significant advantage of the workspace is the "team library." As an administrator, you can invite other members to your workspace, allowing seamless team collaboration. This way, projects can be jointly worked on, reviewed, and finalized without the hassles of multiple file transfers.
• Subscription/Plan: Your Clip Flip subscription only charges per editor on a monthly or annual basis. 
• Billing Manager: As the workspace administrator, you are the sole billing manager. This means you'll be responsible for managing subscription renewals, payment methods, and any related billing issues.

Creating a New Workspace:

Creating a new workspace is a straightforward process:

• Signing Up: If you're new to Clip Flip, simply sign up. The registration process will guide you through the creation of your initial workspace.
• For Existing Users: If you're already a Clip Flip user and wish to create an additional workspace:
  • Log in to your Clip Flip account.
  • Navigate to the left sidebar and click on the drop-down menu, and select “Create Workspace.”

Follow the steps to create your new workspace, invite members, and start making videos using Clip Flip.
