We try to be easy to work with, and part of that philosophy means that it is always easy to stop using Clip Flip. That being said, if there is a specific problem that has you wanting to leave, we first must say, if there is some sort of issue that can be fixed, please let us know in a support ticket, and we absolutely will do our best to fix whatever may be wrong. If you absolutely want to cancel, start by getting your Workspace owner or administrator to log in to your Clip Flip account. Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the sidebar or through the profile icon. Go to ‘Workspace Settings’ and ‘Plan and Billing.’ At the bottom of that page, you have the option to Cancel your Subscription. Confirming this will cancel your subscription immediately and delete all the videos in all your libraries, including your archive and team library. All links to your video links will be deactivated.
