You can navigate to your settings and update your payment method with the following steps:
- Log into Your Account: Begin by signing in to your Clip Flip account using your credentials.
- Access Settings: Once logged in, look for the "Settings" option, under the profile icon or within the sidebar.
- Enter ‘Workspace Settings’: Within the Settings menu, locate and click on "Workspace Settings."
- Navigate to 'Plan and Billing': In the "Workspace Settings" section, find and select the "plan and billing" option. This section provides a comprehensive view of your subscription details and billing preferences.
- Update Payment Method: Here, you'll see details like your user seat breakdown, options to upgrade to an annual subscription, and, most importantly, your current payment method. To update, simply click on the card information displayed. This will lead you to an interface where you can edit or provide new payment details.
- Save/Confirm Changes: After making the necessary changes, ensure you save or confirm the updates.
Note
- The payment field cannot be left empty, meaning you are always required to have a payment method on file.
- Only workspace owners/administrators have the permissions to view and make changes to the billing settings and payment details. If you don't see these options, you may not have the necessary permissions.
